DEXACARE G4 OSTEOMETER
The Dexacare G4 is a new, mobile bone densitometer. It is based on DEXA technology, widely viewed as the "gold standard" of bone densitometry. The Dexacare G4 peripheral bone densitometer has excellent reproducibility from scan to scan. It performs measurements of the distal forearm in a matter of minutes while the patient remains fully clothed and comfortable. It then calculates T- and Z-scores and depicts the result on a graph, comparing the test result to the reference population.
